Agri-tech startup Gramophone has announced the elevation of long-time executive Navneet Singh Batra to the position of Co-founder. With over a decade of expertise in the FMCG and agricultural sectors, Navneet aims to bolster Gramophone’s market presence and drive significant growth through his dynamic and results-oriented approach.
In his new role, Navneet will oversee the sales and marketing functions, focusing on strategic initiatives to expand Gramophone’s reach and enhance growth. His responsibilities will include exploring new geographies, scaling marketing efforts, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and driving margins.

Prior to this role, Navneet served as the Business Head of Retail Business at Gramophone, where he significantly contributed to business revenue and profitability, category management, and retailer financing.
Before joining Gramophone, Navneet led marketing for nurture.retail, where he played a crucial role in onboarding thousands of retailers across the country and driving digital sales. At JioMart, he led several programs aimed at transforming traditional Kirana stores into modern retail outlets.
