With over 40 years of experience in driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation in various industries, Anand Pillai brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. As an Independent Director at several organizations, he has gained extensive expertise in corporate governance, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
His skills in leadership development, organizational transformation, and executive coaching have helped businesses achieve sustainable growth and operational excellence. Recognized as a TEDx Speaker and an authority in leadership and transformation, Anand is dedicated to inspiring individuals and organizations to reach their full potential.
Previously, Anand served as Director at LogarithmHR, where he provided strategic oversight and governance, aligning the firm’s objectives with stakeholder interests. He also served as Chief Transformation Officer at Leadership Matters Inc. and Sutherland, leading significant business and cultural transformations. At Reliance Industries Limited, Anand held the position of Senior Executive Vice President HR (Business Transformation) & Chief Learning Officer, where he led a major change management initiative and developed the company’s people strategy.
His career also includes leadership roles at HCL Technologies, Nortel Networks, and Hughes Communications India.
