ADK Rage has announced the appointment of Anand Rajendran as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). In this dual role, Anand will spearhead the company’s human resources strategies and oversee information security initiatives, ensuring a secure digital environment for the organization.
Anand Rajendran has been with ADK Rage for over eight years, significantly contributing to the company’s HR policies, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. He previously served as Director – HR for more than five years and Head – HR for nearly three years. Anand’s efforts have been pivotal in shaping the organizational culture and strengthening the workforce.
In addition to his new role at ADK Rage, Anand holds the position of Chief People Officer at ADK Connect Singapore since July 2024. Before this promotion, he was the Director – HR at ADK Connect Singapore for nearly two years.
Anand’s career in human resources spans several notable roles. Before joining ADK Rage, he was Sr. Manager – HR at Interakt for two years and worked briefly as an HR Consultant. He also served as Sr. Manager – HR at 2adpro (Ad2pro media solutions pvt ltd.) for over three years. His earlier positions include Sr. Practice Leader – HR at SGT for more than three years and Senior Executive – HR at Binotech for three years.
