Balakrishnan Narayanan Appointed Chief Product & Analytics Officer at Fibe.India

Balakrishnan Narayanan has been appointed as the Chief Product & Analytics Officer at Fibe.India, formerly known as EarlySalary. This new role marks a significant milestone in Narayanan’s career, bringing with him over two decades of extensive experience and expertise in the fields of data science, product management, and analytics.

As the Chief Product & Analytics Officer, Narayanan will be responsible for driving the company’s product development and enhancement strategies. His role will involve leading the continuous lifecycle of product development, ensuring that Fibe.India remains at the forefront of industry trends with cutting-edge solutions and features.

Prior to joining Fibe.India, Narayanan held prominent positions at several notable organizations. Most recently, he served as the Senior Vice President, Head of Product, Data Science, and Analytics at Fibe.India, where he led major initiatives in product and data strategy. His tenure at WNS Global Services as Assistant Vice President, Analytics, and as a Co-Founder of an entrepreneurial analytics venture further solidified his reputation as a leader in analytics and product innovation. Narayanan’s earlier roles include serving as Senior Manager, Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank, and working with GE Money and ICICI Bank in the retail assets business.

Narayanan holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and an MBA in Finance from SIES College of Management Studies. His recognition as one of Asia’s top 100 data scientists and his contributions as a speaker, mentor, and jury member at various prestigious events highlight his expertise and influence in the field.
