Based in Pune, Maharashtra, Benoy has a proven track record of managing complex insurance processes with a revenue responsibility of $9 million. His expertise in service delivery, coupled with his proactive approach to managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines, positions him as a key leader at TCS.
In his new role, Benoy is expected to lead and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence, a hallmark of his previous leadership positions.
