Benoy Mecheriyal has recently taken on the role of Delivery Head at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), bringing with him over 23 years of rich experience in the service delivery domain. Based in Pune, Maharashtra, Benoy has a proven track record of managing complex insurance processes with a revenue responsibility of $9 million. His expertise in service delivery, coupled with his proactive approach to managing multiple assignments under tight deadlines, positions him as a key leader at TCS.
In his new role, Benoy is expected to lead and mentor teams to achieve operational excellence, a hallmark of his previous leadership positions. His deep understanding of multi-center operational delivery and his ability to align operations with client objectives have consistently driven superior results. At TCS, he will be closely working with clients to drive operational strategies, ensuring that the services provided not only meet but exceed client expectations.
Before joining TCS, Benoy served as General Manager at WNS Global Services, where he was instrumental in cost reduction and service improvement initiatives. His previous roles also include Head of Division at Allstate India, where he was responsible for leading the Policy Administration business for the Global Inhouse Centre in Pune.
