Bikash Joshi, an accomplished leader in product management and user experience design, has recently joined dMACQ as its Chief Product Officer. This marks a significant step in his career, leveraging over a decade of experience in building and scaling cutting-edge B2B SaaS products.
Prior to this, Bikash held the role of Senior Product Manager and UX Design Lead at Jio, where he led a dynamic team of product managers and designers. During his tenure, he spearheaded the launch of several successful products, including JioWorks, a task management tool, RServiceDesk, a customer service management platform, and JioCX, a robust CPaaS solution. His contributions were instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and business growth through human-centric design principles and innovative strategies.
Before his impactful stint at Jio, Bikash was a Shift Lead at Integreon, where he managed design teams, improved operational efficiencies, and ensured high-quality outputs. His leadership extended to mentoring designers and fostering collaboration, which laid the groundwork for his later achievements in product management.
Bikash’s career also includes roles at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in crafting visually compelling business presentations, and at Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd, where he contributed to revenue assurance processes. These diverse experiences enriched his expertise in cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and problem-solving.
At dMACQ, Bikash is expected to bring his vast experience in product strategy, user experience, and people management to enhance the company’s product portfolio and drive innovation. His appointment aligns with dMACQ’s vision to lead in enterprise automation and process digitization solutions.
