Before joining JPMorgan Chase, Dharmveer held the role of Vice President and Agile Transformation Lead at Wells Fargo, where he spearheaded significant initiatives over nearly three years. His leadership in fostering agile practices and enhancing team performance has been pivotal in delivering successful outcomes for complex projects.
Dharmveer’s military background as a Commander in the Indian Navy has equipped him with exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a profound understanding of command and control. His experience in the Navy, spanning over two decades, has been instrumental in shaping his approach to leadership and organizational transformation.
Dharmveer holds an Executive MBA in Project Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Master’s degree from Cochin University of Science and Technology. His recent certification as a Certified SAFe® 6 Product Owner/Product Manager further underscores his commitment to continuous learning and excellence in Agile methodologies.
