His strong background in PnL accountability and client relationship management has been honed through diverse roles in leading companies. Certified in Lean and Six Sigma, Dhirendra is known for driving process excellence and delivering consistent results.
Prior to joining Genpact, Dhirendra held key roles at HCL Technologies as Global Delivery Lead, Wipro Limited as Head of Service Delivery, and Ontrust Technologies as Director. His journey also includes a decade-long tenure at Wipro Ltd., where he excelled as a Service Delivery Manager.
