Hitesh Parashar has been named the Chief Business Officer at HDFC Credila Financial Services Limited, a leading education finance company in India. With over two decades of experience in retail assets and a strong background in P&L management, Parashar is set to bring his extensive expertise to this new role.
Throughout his career, Parashar has excelled in various leadership roles across different sectors, including credit cards, personal loans, business loans, auto loans, loan against property (LAP), and education loans. His ability to build and lead large teams, coupled with his strong analytical skills, has enabled him to drive profitable business goals in each of his previous positions.
Prior to his current role, Parashar served as the Business Head at HDFC Credila, where he was responsible for overseeing sales and leading cross-functional teams to achieve the company’s business objectives. His previous experience also includes roles as National Sales Manager at HDFC Credila, Cluster Business Head at Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd., and managerial positions at ICICI Bank and GE Money.
Parashar’s academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Instrumentation and Control from SS Government Engineering College.
At HDFC Credila, Parashar is expected to leverage his vast experience in sales, product development, business development, and customer acquisition to further strengthen the company’s position as a leading education finance provider in India. His leadership will be critical in driving HDFC Credila’s growth and ensuring its continued success in the competitive financial services industry.
