Honasa Consumer Limited has announced the appointment of Nilesh Kotalwar as Senior Vice President of Online Revenue and Growth. In his new role, Kotalwar will lead the online revenue strategy, focusing on driving growth and profitability for Honasa Consumer’s brands, including Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Aqualogica, Dr. Sheth’s, and Bblunt. He will be responsible for building a strong online network strategy, optimizing digital marketing efforts, and enhancing the overall online consumer experience.
An alumnus of IIM-Lucknow, Nilesh Kotalwar brings over 13 years of leadership experience in the FMCG sector, with a strong background in eCommerce, digital marketing, customer and shopper marketing, and brand management. His career includes significant roles at Godrej Consumer and Hindustan Unilever, where he contributed to the Center of Excellence team, developing and implementing new digital and tech tools. Most recently, he served as AVP – Business Transformation at Godrej Consumer Product Limited.
