Before rejoining Kantar, she served as the Director – Client Servicing Officer at Escalent Consulting, where she was instrumental in driving client strategies and delivering impactful research insights. Her previous tenure at Kantar Millward Brown, where she held roles such as Vice President and Group Account Director, further solidified her reputation as a leader in market research and consumer insights.
Kajal also contributed her expertise to Unilever, serving as a Consultant for Consumer and Market Insights (CMI) in the Beauty and Personal Care division. Her work at Unilever was marked by a focus on driving brand growth through strategic insights and consumer understanding.
Her academic credentials include a PGDBA in Marketing, complemented by an E-commerce Elite Certification from Econsultancy, which underscores her commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
