iLink Digital is pleased to announce the appointment of Karthikeyan Erode as the Chief Delivery Officer for Digital Engineering & AI. Karthikeyan brings with him over 25 years of global leadership experience, marked by significant achievements in both services and product development businesses.
In his previous roles, Karthikeyan has led engineering teams in both stabilized and start-up environments, showcasing his expertise in global delivery, account management, and technology consulting. His leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly in the areas of web, cloud, analytics, mobile, and DevOps implementations, has been instrumental in delivering business-critical systems and solutions for customers worldwide.
At Accenture, Karthikeyan was pivotal in managing a globally distributed delivery organization, leading over 220 resources with a revenue exceeding $25 million. His track record includes driving process maturity, operational efficiency, and enabling value realization through automation and solution development.
Karthikeyan’s extensive experience also includes senior roles at Microsoft, Collabera, and Schakra, where he played a key role in product development programs, customer engagement, and the creation and management of large ODC partnerships. His ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status makes him an invaluable asset to iLink Digital as they continue to innovate and expand their digital engineering and AI capabilities.
Karthikeyan holds a degree from The National Institute of Engineering, Mysore, and is known for his strategic approach to delivery excellence and customer experience.
