Before joining Advance Auto Parts, Madhu served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Genpact, where he played an instrumental role in managing the company’s legal and compliance frameworks. His experience at Genpact allowed him to navigate complex legal landscapes, manage regulatory challenges, and mitigate risks effectively. Prior to Genpact, he held key positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Countrywide Financial Corporation, further honing his skills in legal risk management and compliance.
At Advance Auto Parts, Madhu will oversee a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including regulatory matters, litigation management, contracting, developing legal framework, policy making, strategy, compliance and ethics.
