Publicis Sapient India has welcomed Mayur Chaudhary as their new Vice President of Experience Design. In this role, Mayur is responsible for leading a team of over 200 experience professionals, driving customer-centric solutions across a diverse range of sectors, including Consumer Products, Energy & Commodities, Financial Services, Health, Public Sector, Retail, Telecom, Media & Technology, Transportation & Mobility, and Travel & Hospitality.
Before joining Publicis Sapient, Mayur held the role of Global Head of UX Design & Research at OLX Autos, a Naspers company. Mayur was instrumental in transforming the second-hand car trade across 10 countries in Asia, Europe, and the Americas, ensuring that every touchpoint, from B2C to B2B and beyond, was optimized for customer satisfaction.
Prior to his impactful work at OLX Autos, Mayur served as Vice President of UX & Design at Myntra, where he was dedicated to democratizing fashion and lifestyle products, making them accessible to a broader audience. Mayur’s extensive experience also includes his tenure as Director of UX Design/Studio Lead (CXD) at NCR Corporation in Hyderabad.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mayur is the founder and advisor of “RethinkingUX,” India’s largest design community. Through this platform, he dedicates his weekends to mentoring aspiring UX professionals, leading initiatives, and hosting events that foster growth within the UX design and product ecosystem.
Mayur is also an accomplished author, having written UX Mastery: The Art & Science of User Experience Design and UX PlayCards, a set of 100 cards designed to enhance the user experience design process. His publications are widely recognized in the industry, further establishing him as a thought leader in UX design.
