Before joining AGS Health, Mirza Karim held multiple key roles at Access Healthcare Services, where he spent over nine years. His most recent position was as Senior Director, a role in which he led operations management, optimized key account relationships, and contributed to driving organizational success. Mirza also served as Lead Director and Key Account Manager during his tenure at Access Healthcare, where his leadership and operational insights helped the company build and maintain strong client relationships while enhancing service delivery.
His experience in operations management is further complemented by his time at Dell Technologies, where he spent nearly 12 years. As an Operations Manager at Dell, Mirza played a pivotal role in driving efficiency and streamlining operations in a fast-paced environment. His ability to manage complex operational processes and lead large teams enabled him to deliver exceptional results, making him a key contributor to Dell’s success.
Mirza Karim’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. Mary’s Higher Secondary School in Perambur, where he also participated in National Service Scheme (NSS) activities and served as a Quiz Master. This blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and strong operational management experience has equipped Mirza with the skills necessary to lead transformative initiatives at AGS Health.
