Neo Asset Management has appointed Neeraj Sanghi, the former CEO of KKR’s Roads Platform, as their new Managing Director and Operating Partner. Sanghi will lead Infrastructure Operations and the development of Neo’s Infrastructure Platforms.
From 2016 to 2024, Sanghi transformed Highway Concessions One (HC1) into one of India’s largest road platforms. He also founded and led the Highway Operators Association (India) for five years. His experience includes significant roles at Essar and Total India, where he managed major projects such as LNG terminals and the LPG Cavern Project in Visakhapatnam.
With over 40 years in development, finance, project management, and operations, Sanghi holds degrees in Electrical Engineering, an MBA, and a Master’s in Sustainable Development. He sees India’s $1.4 trillion National Infrastructure Pipeline as a massive growth opportunity and is enthusiastic about driving Neo Asset Management’s investments in highways and renewable energy.
Hemant Daga, CEO of Neo Asset Management, expressed excitement about Sanghi joining the team, noting that his expertise will strengthen their infrastructure operations and meet the growing demand for yield and regular income, enhancing their ability to service assets nationwide.
