With over 15 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, Praveen brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a proven track record in building and enhancing product, revenue, and customer relationships.
In his new role at Netcore Cloud, Praveen will lead the global onboarding, customer advocacy, and the CEO’s office. His responsibilities will encompass driving customer retention, managing growth, and spearheading advocacy initiatives. Praveen’s strategic vision and leadership will be pivotal in scaling Netcore Cloud to new heights and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Before joining Netcore Cloud, Praveen served as the Head of Customer Delight at Lummo, where he was instrumental in enhancing customer engagement through innovative omnichannel solutions.
Praveen began his illustrious career at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), where he held various key positions, including Senior Presales Manager and Delivery Manager. During his time at TCS, he successfully managed numerous high-stakes projects, showcasing his ability to drive product development and deliver outstanding results.
Praveen holds an MBA in Operations and Marketing from the University of Madras and a BTech in Information Technology from Velammal Engineering College. His academic background, combined with his professional experience, has equipped him with a unique perspective on leveraging technology to meet customer needs.
