Imperial Brands PLC appointed Priyali Kamath as the new President overseeing Africa, Asia, Australasia, Central & Eastern Europe. Priyali, a seasoned business leader with 25 years of experience across FMCG and healthcare sectors, brings a wealth of expertise and a global perspective to her new role. She is also a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team at Imperial Brands.
Before joining Imperial Brands, Priyali had a distinguished 25-year career at Procter & Gamble (P&G), where she held several key leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Skin & Personal Care and Vice President of Hair Care and Oral Care for Asia Pacific. Her strategic insights and leadership have driven significant growth across multiple categories, including beauty care, fabric and home care, feminine care, and oral care.
Priyali’s career is marked by her ability to lead diverse teams across three continents, manage P&L responsibilities for high-revenue businesses, and drive digital transformation initiatives. Her passion for innovation and commitment to building purpose-driven brands have been instrumental in shaping her success. In addition to her corporate achievements, Priyali is an advocate for diversity and inclusion and serves as the Advisory Board Chair for the Women’s Directorship Programme at Meraki Consulting.
Priyali is a graduate of XLRI Jamshedpur, where she earned her Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations. She is known for her dynamic leadership style, her dedication to mentoring the next generation of leaders, and her personal commitment to forging a healthier future for consumers and the planet.
