A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Scrum Master (CSM), and ITIL expert, Puranmal has a robust background in telecom domains such as OSS/BSS, NMS, billing transformation, data migration, and customer experience management. His successful track record in managing large-scale projects and optimizing project management practices underscores his capability to deliver high-value outcomes.
