Rajiv Mishra has assumed the role of Vice President – Human Wealth Development (HR) at StockHolding Corporation of India Limited. Bringing extensive experience in HR leadership and strategic management, Rajiv will oversee key human resources functions, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and the implementation of HR strategies.
Prior to joining StockHolding Corporation, Rajiv Mishra served as Dy General Manager – Human Resource at Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited in Kota, Rajasthan, from June 2021 to July 2024. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, driving talent management processes, and spearheading digital HR initiatives.
Before his role at Chambal Fertilisers, Rajiv held the position of Head of Human Resources & Administration Department at Nikon from April 2018 to May 2020. He successfully implemented global strategic HR programs, managed performance and compensation systems, and ensured compliance with employment regulations.
Rajiv Mishra also served as General Manager at Sumitomo Corporation India Pvt. Ltd. from August 2005 to March 2017, where he focused on HR strategy development, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance.
Earlier in his career, Rajiv worked as a Manager at Aon Hewitt Asia in Gurgaon, Haryana, from March 2002 to August 2005. There, he provided expert HR guidance, managed payroll and compliance activities, and developed HR initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
