Sachin Bansode has embarked on a new journey as the Vice President – Projects at DSP Integrated Facility Services Pvt Ltd, spearheading the brand “DSP Workspace” since August 2024. With an extensive 22-year career spanning construction, interior fit-out project management, facility and asset management, as well as HR and administration, Sachin brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his new role.
Before joining DSP Integrated Facility Services, Sachin served as the Head of Projects and HR & Administration at G.M. Fabrics Pvt. Ltd. for over 18 years. In this role, he was instrumental in executing complex construction and interior fit-out projects, managing over 500,000 square feet of commercial, industrial, and hospital buildings. He played a key role in implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring legal compliance across all operations.
At G.M. Fabrics, Sachin’s responsibilities extended to managing comprehensive legal and statutory compliance, including handling civil court cases, negotiating property-related matters, and managing insurance portfolios to safeguard company assets. His extensive background in facility management saw him oversee housekeeping, security, and IT infrastructure, ensuring the operational integrity of the company’s physical assets.
In his new role at DSP Integrated Facility Services, Sachin will be responsible for leading the company’s project management initiatives, including overseeing construction projects, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring all projects are completed within the stipulated timelines and budgets. His expertise in legal compliance, risk management, and project liaisoning will be pivotal in aligning DSP Workspace’s goals with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
