Santhosh Kutty has recently been appointed as the Chief Business Officer – Development at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL), a prominent player in India’s leisure hospitality sector. With this new role, Kutty will continue to leverage his extensive experience in the hotel industry, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer – Hotels at MHRIL.
Before joining MHRIL, Kutty held notable positions at The Park Hotels, where he managed the operations of six hotels and facilitated the development of thirteen new ones. His previous roles also include significant tenures at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where he played a crucial role in managing high-profile properties such as Taj Holiday Village and Taj Exotica Resort & Spa.
Kutty’s leadership is expected to drive continued growth and innovation within the company, reinforcing MHRIL’s position as a leading force in the leisure hospitality industry.
Kutty holds an MBA in Brand Management and Leadership from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and has furthered his education with additional credentials from Cornell University. His appointment marks a new chapter in MHRIL’s strategic growth, promising to enhance its development capabilities and operational excellence in the years to come.
