Deloitte India is thrilled to announce the appointment of Souvik Maitra as the new Executive Director for Technology and Transformation Consulting. With over two decades of extensive experience in digitalization, IT strategy, and transformation across various sectors, Maitra brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the role.
Maitra’s career spans a broad range of industries including automotive, financial services, and consulting. His notable previous roles include leadership positions at Daimler Truck Innovation Center India and Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India. At Daimler, Maitra led the Information Office, Vendor Management Office, and Corporate Quality functions, while at Mercedes-Benz, he managed Finance & Business Intelligence Platforms.
His expertise covers a wide array of competencies including IT strategy, analytics, cloud solutions, and enterprise applications. Maitra has successfully executed large-scale digital transformation projects globally, including in the US, Germany, and the Middle East.
As Executive Director at Deloitte India, Maitra will leverage his vast experience to drive technology strategy and transformation initiatives, guiding clients through complex challenges and enhancing their business value.
