With over 14 years of experience spanning strategy, business growth, resource mobilization,
brand & marketing communication, Sreemoyee has successfully led initiatives that address
complex social challenges across Southeast Asia. Her domain expertise in child rights,
Psychology, human trafficking, climate risk mitigation, Olympic sports and education- where she has successfully led initiatives that create sustainable impact. She is recognized for her ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, driving informed decision-making and maximizing outcomes.
Sreemoyee is a dynamic leader with a stellar career across IIT Bombay DRF, CRY, JSW Sports, Mission Smile (formerly known as Operation Smile), the Ministry of Women & Child
Development. She spearheaded strategic donor engagement initiatives, developed financial
models to assess impact, developed brand & marketing communication collaborations & events and raised over 150 Cr through CSR alliances while managing key Ultra HNI investors with these top brands.
Before joining Plaksha University, she pursued executive education at the Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore, a transformative experience that sharpened her leadership, strategic acumen, and ability to drive large-scale change. IIM Bangalore reinforced her commitment to collaboration, resilience, and a growth mindset—qualities she now channels into her leadership.
