With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Sreenath brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
Sreenath, who was previously the Head of HR for APAC at Sierra-Cedar, has an extensive background in HR management, strategic planning, and digital transformation. He holds a commerce degree from the American College and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Madurai Kamaraj University.
Beginning his career at Mineni Corporation in 2003, Sreenath handled HR inductions and personnel data management before moving on to roles at Polaris Software and TVSNET Technologies. His work at TVSNET Technologies involved managing HR operations across the APAC and Middle East regions.
