Before this new role, Swapnil served as the Executive Director at Colliers, where he was instrumental in driving the company’s strategic initiatives and managing large, multi-location teams. His previous experience includes key roles at industry giants such as JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Deloitte, and HDFC Ltd., where he honed his skills in P&L management, public-private partnerships, and occupier strategies. Swapnil’s extensive background in management consulting and business strategy has made him a trusted leader in the industry, known for his ability to deliver comprehensive advisory services that meet the evolving needs of clients.
