With over 25 years of experience in the IT services sector, Vinay brings a unique blend of corporate and entrepreneurial expertise to his new role. His responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of Mphasis’ interactions with the analyst and investment community.
Before joining Mphasis, Vinay was the Head of Investor Relations at LTIMindtree. He also previously led the Investor Relations departments at Hexaware and Mindtree. Additionally, as a co-founder of a boutique Investor Relations advisory firm, Vinay has served prominent clients across the technology and consumer sectors. His extensive background also includes roles in technology strategy and delivery for various IT services companies.
Nitin Rakesh, CEO and Managing Director of Mphasis, expressed confidence in Vinay’s capabilities, highlighting his diverse experience and strong relationships within the investment community. Vinay holds a degree in electronics from the University of Mumbai and is an alumnus of the postgraduate program at IIM Bangalore. His appointment marks a strategic move for Mphasis as it continues to strengthen its position and expand its influence in the IT industry.
