Prior to Darwinbox, he led HCM Strategy and Transformation at Oracle India, focusing on integrated value propositions and partnerships.
At BetterPlace, Vishal was Vice President & Head of Sales, driving enterprise business growth and influencing product development. He has also held leadership roles at Kincentric and Aon, contributing to business development, sales planning, and client management.
Vishal’s career includes significant roles at SHL, Reliance Communications, Airtel, and Tata Motors, where he played key roles in sales, marketing, and operations, contributing to business growth and market expansion.
