Vishruta Mattu has taken on a new role as Vice President of Human Resources at Genpact. In this capacity, she will oversee HR strategies and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, performance, and employee engagement.
Vishruta has been with Genpact for over nine years. Prior to her promotion, she served as the AVP – HR Generalist for Fortune 500 Consumer Goods Clients, engaging 4,400 employees globally and managing a team of seven HR managers. In this role, she oversaw HR operations, engaged with clients across the EU, Africa, and the Americas, and delivered programs on virtual culture propagation, hiring processes, performance incentives, and retention practices.
Before that, Vishruta was the Assistant Vice President for Leadership Development, Engagement, Integration & Succession at Genpact, where she led global leadership programs, managed engagement initiatives for remote employees, and was responsible for performance management, engagement, and retention for Vice Presidents globally. She also designed a flagship leadership development program for building cognitive diversity and driving change management.
Earlier in her career at Genpact, she was the Senior Manager for Organization & Staffing, Human Resources, where she formulated overall talent strategy, designed a leadership development program, and managed internal staffing for mid to senior-level leadership. She also handled campus recruitment and employee engagement.
Vishruta’s extensive experience and proven leadership in human resources are expected to drive significant contributions to Genpact’s HR strategies and organizational growth.
