Vivek brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having led diverse global teams and spearheaded breakthrough strategies across various industry verticals.
In his previous roles at Brillio, Vivek served as the Managing Director and Global Practice Head for Customer Experience Solutions. He played a pivotal role in driving growth, enhancing profitability, and improving customer brand experiences for clients worldwide.
Vivek’s career spans over two decades, with significant contributions at Publicis Sapient, where he held various leadership positions, including Group Vice President. At Publicis Sapient, he led one of the largest business portfolios in North America Retail, delivering cutting-edge solutions in e-commerce, marketing modernization, and customer data platforms.
As Chief Solutions Officer at Brillio, Vivek will oversee the conceptualization and delivery of digital transformation solutions across Brillio’s practices and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in Platform & Product Engineering, Data & AI, Customer Experience (CX), and Product Consulting. His focus will be on driving value assurance for clients through the delivery lifecycle and ensuring Brillio remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
