Yesha Maniar has joined Altius Telecom as their Lead Compliance Officer and Head of Corporate Secretarial function for its Investment Manager entity Data Link Investment Manager. Brookfield’s Telecom vertical, Altius, is globally one of the largest telecommunications infrastructure providers. Established as an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) under the SEBI InvIT Regulations, Altius is managed by Data Link Investment Manager Private Limited, a Brookfield-owned company. Yesha’s previous engagements have been across multiple industries, including financial services, ports & shipping, logistics, and FTWZ & SEZ.
Prior to joining Altius, Yesha held key managerial roles at Piramal Enterprises, J M Baxi Group, and Arshiya Limited, where she managed compliance functions across sectors such as financial services, shipping, and logistics. Her leadership in navigating complex legal and governance frameworks, managing joint ventures, and ensuring adherence to regulatory bodies like SEBI and RBI will be invaluable as Altius expands its portfolio. Yesha’s broad expertise in private equity, M&A transactions, and strategic communications will further support Altius’s growth and its commitment to sustainable business practices.
With her extensive experience, Yesha is poised to significantly contribute to the company’s continued success and governance excellence. In this role, she will oversee corporate governance and compliance practices, particularly focusing on the telecom infrastructure sector.
