CTO Realty Growth Appoints Philip R. Mays as CFO

CTO Realty Growth, Inc. has announced the appointment of Philip R. Mays as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, effective June 17, 2024. Mays, who was previously CFO at Shadowbox Studios and Cedar Realty Trust, brings extensive REIT sector experience and financial leadership.

John P. Albright, CEO of CTO, expressed enthusiasm about Mays joining the team, emphasizing his expertise and valuable industry relationships. Mays’ background includes roles as Chief Accounting Officer and Vice President of Finance at Federal Realty Investment Trust and a seven-year tenure at Ernst & Young LLP. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Jacksonville University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Upon Mays’ appointment, Lisa M. Vorakoun will resume her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Additionally, Mays will serve as CFO and Treasurer of Alpine Income Property Trust (NYSE: PINE), a net lease REIT managed by CTO.
