Nikhil Natekar’s career in Human Resources spans over 19 years, marked by his innovative approach to HR strategy and organizational development. His journey began with a Law degree, further enriched by an MBA in HR from Chetana’s Institute of Management & Research. This unique blend of legal and business acumen has equipped Natekar with a deep understanding of HR dynamics, enabling him to effectively navigate and influence diverse industries including advertising, media, and tech startups.
Before this promotion, Natekar served as Senior Vice President – Talent & Transformation at Publicis Groupe, where he made significant strides in cultivating a progressive workplace culture, enhancing operational excellence, and emphasizing professional development. His leadership was instrumental in shaping the Group’s talent strategy, contributing to its reputation as a forward-thinking and inclusive employer.
Natekar’s previous roles include Vice President HR at Publicis Groupe, where he focused on optimizing talent acquisition operations, automating recruitment processes, and developing new hiring channels. His impactful work in these areas was critical in supporting business needs and driving talent innovation.
Prior to joining Publicis Groupe, Natekar held senior HR positions at FirstHive, MullenLowe Lintas Group, Balaji Telefilms Ltd, and Radio City India.
