Tejas Ubale has taken on the role of Vice President and Head of Property Management for West India at Prestige Group. Based in Mumbai, he brings extensive expertise in asset management, strategic leadership, and innovative problem-solving to his new position. His proven ability to deliver tech-driven solutions will surely play a key role in driving growth for the company’s property management division in the region.

Before joining Prestige Group, Tejas served as Vice President of Operations at SILA, where he spent over a year overseeing operations and facility management. His strategic thinking and leadership during his tenure significantly contributed to SILA’s business growth and operational efficiency. Prior to SILA, Tejas worked at BVG India Limited as the Vertical Head of Corporate, where he managed key corporate clients and developed business strategies to optimize the company’s services.

Tejas has also held leadership roles at OS2 INDIA LLP, which he co-founded, and Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, where he was the Head of Sales & Facilities. His experience across these prestigious companies has sharpened his expertise in real estate and banking, making him a valuable asset to Prestige Group. With a strong background in leading teams and exceeding objectives, Tejas is well-positioned to enhance Prestige’s property management operations in West India.
