Shirsendu’s career includes significant achievements in both public and private sectors, where he has successfully managed sales operations and negotiated complex deals, including SaaS contracts and professional services. Previously, as Regional Vice President of Sales at Resilinc, he led initiatives that resulted in a 500% year-over-year growth in Total Contract Value (TCV). His ability to develop strategic partnerships with global organizations such as IBM, Accenture, and Moody’s further demonstrates his prowess in driving market expansion across diverse sectors.
During his tenure at Resilinc, Shirsendu’s leadership and market development efforts in India and APAC earned him a promotion from Senior Director to Regional Vice President. He also played a key role in establishing an SDR/BDR team and building solution consulting practices, which were pivotal in driving growth in strategic markets. Shirsendu’s strategic approach to sales forecasting, pipeline management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams will be a key asset to SEQURETEK as it aims for continued success and innovation.
Prior to his role at Resilinc, Shirsendu served as Head of Sales and Business Development at Techno Brain Group, where he successfully led global sales operations, driving enterprise growth in the US, MEA, and South Africa.
