Country Manager — US, Canada, Australia, Singapore
Lead end-to-end business expansion of CXO Lanes in your country. Own P&L, build the local C-suite community, and establish CXO Lanes as the most trusted executive network in your market.

What you'll do
- Own end-to-end P&L for your country — revenue, growth, costs, and profitability.
- Build and scale the CXO Lanes brand across CEOs, CTOs, CFOs, CHROs and VPs in your market.
- Activate the local C-suite community through curated events, LinkedIn Lives, dinners, and partnerships.
- Drive corporate revenue — branding, B2B lead generation and community-building deals with marquee enterprises.
- Hire, mentor and lead the local team across content, sales, partnerships and operations.
- Build strategic relationships with industry associations, executive search firms, VCs and ecosystem partners.
- Represent CXO Lanes in media, panels and senior-leader forums in your country.
- Partner with the India HQ on product, content and campaign localisation.
What we're looking for
- 10–15 years of experience, primarily from a Media, Marketing or Community/Network background.
- Strong existing relationships within the local C-suite community.
- Prior experience handling end-to-end P&L for a business unit, region or country.
- Must be a resident of the country you are applying for (US / Canada / Australia / Singapore).
- Strong commercial instincts — comfortable selling six- and seven-figure deals to enterprises.
- Excellent communication, executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience launching a media, events or community business in a new market.
- Existing network with CMOs, CHROs and Founders in your country.
