Executive — Delegate Acquisition
Drive paid delegate acquisition for CXO Lanes' marquee offline and online events. Own outreach, conversations and conversions with senior professionals across India.
Noida, India (Work from office) 1–2 years
What you'll do
- Acquire paid delegates for CXO Lanes offline and online events — summits, roundtables, LinkedIn Lives and networking dinners.
- Run targeted outreach via calls, emails and LinkedIn to senior professionals and C-suite leaders.
- Own the full delegate funnel — prospecting, follow-ups, payment closure and confirmation.
- Maintain a clean CRM with accurate notes, statuses and next actions for every prospect.
- Coordinate with the events, content and design teams to share collateral and event updates.
- Hit weekly and monthly delegate acquisition and revenue targets.
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, delegate acquisition or business development.
- Graduation mandatory.
- Good spoken English with confident phone and video presence.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in events, conferences or B2B summits.
- Comfort speaking with senior professionals and C-suite leaders.
