Bassel Haddad has been appointed as Executive Director at ASMPT Ltd Limited, bringing extensive experience in semiconductor technology, advanced packaging and global business leadership. He also serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of ASMPT, leading the company’s strategic direction and growth across the semiconductor and electronics manufacturing sectors. Before joining ASMPT, Bassel held senior leadership positions at SkyWater Technology, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Foundry Solutions & Technology Platforms and Advanced Packaging. He spent over 13 years at Intel, where he held multiple leadership roles across the Network & Edge Group and IoT business.
