Doreen Choo appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of AFFIN Group PHEIM Asset Management

Doreen Choo has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of AFFIN Group PHEIM Asset Management, bringing extensive experience in investment management, equity research and financial advisory. Her appointment marks a new chapter in her leadership career, following senior roles across Malaysia’s banking and asset management sectors. Before taking on the role, Doreen served as Senior Managing Director at Affin Bank and Chief Investment Officer at Eastspring Investments. She previously spent over 13 years at CIMB-Principal Asset Management, progressing from Fund Manager, Equities to Head of Equities (Malaysia).
