Kim Spear appointed as Managing Director, Financial and Head of Employee Experience at Sandpiper

Kim Spear has been appointed as Managing Director, Financial and Head of Employee Experience at Sandpiper. In addition to her leadership role in the financial practice, she will take on the newly created Head of Employee Experience position, overseeing consultant development and workplace culture across the organisation. Before this appointment, Kim served as General Manager at Sandpiper for five years, having previously held the role of Director. Earlier, she was a Partner at Newgate Communications in Hong Kong, where she supported the agency’s growth, built long-term client relationships and developed employee training and professional development initiatives.
