About the Program

The atp Future-Fit Leadership Awards, presented by All Things People and CXO Lanes, recognise C-suite and enterprise leaders who are building organisations ready to thrive—today and into the future.

Unlike recognitions driven primarily by leadership narratives, these awards are grounded in evidence. Leaders are evaluated on the organisational practices they have shaped and the measurable outcomes they have delivered across three pillars: Culture, Capability and Commitment.

Evidence, not narrative

Measured people and business outcomes decide the result, not storytelling.

Independent jury

Senior jurors score every finalist against a published rubric, with recusals logged.

Peer visibility

Recognised leaders are featured across the CXO Lanes senior-leadership community, with opportunities to connect and collaborate with accomplished peers, engage in exclusive one-on-one conversations with jury members, and access much more.
