Terms & Conditions

1. Verification of Nominations

All nominations are verified against the nominee's public LinkedIn profile at the time of evaluation. In case of any variation found between the information submitted in the nomination and the nominee's LinkedIn profile, the nomination will be removed from consideration without further notice. Nominees are responsible for ensuring the details they submit match their public professional records.

2. Finality of Decisions

The decision of CXO Lanes and the jury panel in selecting nominations, shortlisting finalists and determining award winners shall be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence, discussion or appeal regarding the selection process or outcome will be entertained.

3. Eligibility

• Nominations are open to senior HR and business leaders working in India or leading India-based teams.
• Nominations may be submitted by the nominee (self) or by a third party (peer, colleague or senior).
• Third-party nominators must have a verifiable professional relationship with the nominee.
• CXO Lanes reserves the right to reject any nomination that does not meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Accuracy of Information

Nominators must ensure all submitted information — including name, designation, organisation, category, accomplishments and evidence — is accurate and truthful at the time of submission. CXO Lanes may request supporting documentation to substantiate any claim. Submission of false, misleading or plagiarised information will result in immediate disqualification.

5. Use of Submitted Content

By submitting a nomination, the nominator and nominee grant CXO Lanes and All Things People a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use the submitted content, photographs and other materials for evaluation, publication, promotion and marketing of the awards across CXO Lanes channels. The nominee's contact details will not be published publicly.

6. Evaluation Process

• Nominations are evaluated against a published rubric spanning Culture, Capability and Commitment.
• The jury panel's assessment is confidential and individual scores are not disclosed.
• CXO Lanes may, at its discretion, request additional details or evidence from shortlisted nominees.
• Shortlisted or published nominees may be asked to complete an additional details form.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Jury members and CXO Lanes team members associated with the awards are not permitted to nominate or be nominated. Any actual or perceived conflict of interest involving a nominee must be disclosed to CXO Lanes at the earliest; failure to disclose may result in disqualification.

8. Publication & Promotion

Shortlisted and winning entries may be published and promoted across CXO Lanes' editorial and social channels. Published nominees agree to the use of their name, designation, organisation and photograph (where provided) in such content. CXO Lanes may edit submitted content for length, clarity or tone prior to publication.

9. No Fee

Submission of a nomination is free of charge. No payment is required or accepted in exchange for consideration, shortlisting or selection. Any offer suggesting otherwise should be reported to atp@cxolanes.com.

10. Withdrawal of Nominations

A nominator may request withdrawal of a nomination before it has been published by writing to atp@cxolanes.com. Once a nomination is published, withdrawal is at the sole discretion of CXO Lanes.

11. Modifications

CXO Lanes reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, the award categories, the jury composition or the evaluation process at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Privacy

Personal data collected through nominations is processed in accordance with the CXO Lanes Privacy Policy. Contact details are used solely for award-related communication and are never published or shared with third parties for marketing.
