Abhinav Gujral has been appointed as President & Head – Strategic Initiatives, Employee Benefits at Howden, taking on a leadership role focused on strategic growth and business development across the Employee Benefits vertical. With experience in the insurance industry since 2002, he brings extensive expertise across insurance broking, health benefits, corporate relationships, and technology-led insurance distribution.

Prior to joining Howden, Abhinav served as Head – Employee Health & Benefits Practice at Gallagher. Earlier, he was Chief Business Officer at Assurekit Technologies and President & National Head – Business Development & Corporate Relations at HealthIndia Insurance TPA Services Pvt. Ltd. He also held the position of Vice President – Energy Practice at Marsh & McLennan Companies, building a broad understanding of retail and corporate insurance solutions.
