Abhishek Sharma has been elevated to Head of Data & Analytics at Chubb Life. In his expanded leadership role, he will focus on advancing data strategy, analytics capabilities, and AI-driven initiatives to support business priorities and strengthen data-led decision-making across the organisation.

Abhishek previously served as Global Head of Data & Insights, Life at Chubb and Group Director of Data & AI Platforms at AIA, where he led data transformation, platform modernisation, and governance initiatives. His earlier roles include Head of Design & Initiation – Insurance ASP at HSBC, Data Leader – IFRS17 Advisory at Deloitte, and Senior Management Consultant at Infosys Consulting. His expertise spans data strategy, AI and analytics, data architecture, governance, insurance transformation, and large-scale data solutions.
