Arshad Tanveer: SVP at Bounteous, Driving AI & Fintech

Arshad Tanveer has been elevated to Senior Vice President at Bounteous (previously Accolite Digital). In this leadership role, he will focus on building AI-enabled systems and developing talent for global banking and financial services clients, strengthening the intersection of technology, innovation, and business transformation.
Prior to his elevation, Arshad served as Vice President – Financial Services Technology, APAC at Accolite. Earlier, he led Core Engineering and Transformation for Wells Fargo’s India Wealth and Investment Management business, managing architecture, data management, and technology enablement.

His professional journey also includes serving as Vice President at Morgan Stanley, Associate Director at D. E. Shaw & Co., and Senior Consultant at i-flex solutions and Citigroup. He began his career as Team Leader at Infotech Enterprises and also founded Kenvent Technologies, where he developed the Planet Clubs fitness membership concept into a product.

With experience spanning financial technology, wealth management, engineering, large-scale transformation, product development, and global team leadership, Arshad brings a strong combination of technical depth and business acumen to his expanded mandate at Bounteous.
