Arunima Jain Pandya has been elevated to Associate Partner at Singhi Advisors, recognising her contributions to investment banking, private equity, and strategic advisory. In her expanded role, she will continue to drive M&A and investment opportunities across Defence, Manufacturing, Industrials, Technical Textiles, Packaging, Agriculture, Consumer, and BFSI.

With over 13 years of experience, Arunima brings a distinctive blend of investment expertise, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurial leadership. At Singhi Advisors, she works closely with business owners, investors, and corporates to unlock strategic growth and long-term value.

Previously, she served in Strategic Investments at The Chatterjee Group, where she worked across portfolio management and business incubation. Her journey also includes founding Avail Care, serving as Founding Member & Director of Consumer Products at TCG Living Spaces, and holding key roles at Religare Enterprises, ART Capital, and YES BANK across strategy, finance, private equity, and corporate sustainability.

A Mechanical Engineer and Gold Medallist from IIM Mumbai, Arunima was honoured with the institute’s Promising Young Alumnus Award. Her combination of financial acumen, investment leadership, and hands-on business-building experience positions her to contribute to Singhi Advisors’ continued growth and strategic impact.
