Ashley DSouza has been appointed as Chief AI Acceleration Officer at FieldAssist, taking on a strategic leadership role focused on developing AI-native platform solutions for the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. He brings extensive experience across digital transformation, artificial intelligence, product management, sales, and marketing, with a strong focus on technology-led business growth.

Prior to joining FieldAssist, Ashley served as Chief Digital Officer at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, leading digital strategy and transformation through AI, data science, and product solutions. Earlier, he held leadership roles at Amazon, heading marketing for Amazon Business India and sales and marketing for Amazon Distribution. He also served as Vice President – Business at Swiggy, building expertise in business growth, customer engagement, and digital innovation.
