Aviral Singh Named STL's Head of Corporate Human Resources

Aviral Singh has been appointed as Head – Corporate Human Resources at STL - Sterlite Technologies Limited Limited, bringing strong experience in strategic HR business partnering, talent management, organizational development and global performance management. In his previous role at Yokohama-ATG, he served as Associate Director (Head HRBP), leading corporate HR initiatives, workforce planning, succession planning and compensation management across multiple business functions and geographies.

During his tenure at Yokohama-ATG, he also held roles as Chief Manager and Senior Human Resources Manager, driving HR strategy, leadership development, employee lifecycle management and global performance management. His experience in aligning people strategies with business objectives adds valuable expertise to his new leadership role at STL.
