His expertise spans HR business partnering, talent management, employee experience, organisational culture and leadership development. Prior to this appointment, he served as Market HR Leader, India at Google . During his earlier tenure at SAP, he held senior leadership roles across the UK and Ireland, global people initiatives, and HR business partnering for Technology & Innovation.
