Birlasoft Appoints Madhavan H. as CEO and MD

Madhavan H. has been appointed as CEO and Managing Director at Birlasoft. He brings extensive leadership experience in business strategy, finance, corporate governance and global operations, having been associated with the CKA Birla Group, Philips and Philips Lighting.

Alongside his corporate leadership journey, Madhavan has held board and advisory positions at Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings Ltd, Kwality Wall’s (India) Ltd, IRIS RegTech Solutions Limited and Galaxy Surfactants Limited. He has also served as a Governing Council Member at Calcutta Medical Research Institute, bringing broad experience across financial management, business transformation and corporate leadership.
